The galvanizing furnace is composed of three systems: furnace body system, combustion system, and control system.

The steel structure of the furnace body is welded by section steel and steel plate, and the material is high-quality carbon steel. And strictly control the welding deformation to ensure the rigidity and strength of the furnace.

Furnace lining layer adopts ceramic refractory fiber composite structure (the thickness of ceramic refractory fiber layer is 60mm; the thickness of ceramic high alumina refractory fiber folded block is 300mm.

It adopts speed combustion nozzle and controller.

The temperature control system is composed of PLC system, instrument and ratio pulse control system.

The furnace body adopts ceramic fiber modular assembly structure. The temperature outside the wall is lower, and there is less heat waste during work.
